I'm a strategic and innovative DEI leader with deep expertise in designing and implementing high-impact, organization-wide initiatives. With over a decade of experience, I've led DEI efforts across both public and private organizations with global reach — working full time in both the United States and Canada.
I currently lead DEI at a midsize organization with approximately 13,000 employees. My consulting experience spans short-term engagements — presentations and workshops for nonprofit organizations — and long-term, systems-level transformation work.
This includes serving as the lead architect and director of an 18-month DEI transformation, where I developed and implemented the BRAVE Strategy for a 12-school charter network in Denver, Colorado.
My work includes overseeing Employee Resource Groups, designing and delivering learning programs, and partnering with leaders across sectors to strengthen organizational culture and community engagement. I bring formal training in student affairs within higher education, with a focus on diversity and dialogue.
My mission: to elevate diverse voices, foster inclusive environments, and support organizations in building equitable and sustainable DEI practices.
